Below are a list of the terms and conditions for Yard Style Accommodations and You and anyone traveling with you. Please read these Terms and Conditions Carefully.

TO CANCEL OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING IN ANY WAY
Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the below conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing, canceling by telephone is not acceptable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and Yard Style Accommodations. Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let.
Changes to Reservation:
If Guest desires to change, but not cancel, a reservation, Guest must notify Yard Style Accommodations at least One Week (7 days) prior to Guest's originally scheduled Arrival to Villa. All requested changes to reservations are subject to Yard Style Accommodations’ sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing. A written notice is defined as a letter, fax or email. The period of notice is taken from 2.00 p.m. on the proposed day of arrival. (i.e. for an individual reservation on wed 13th notice would be required by 2.00 p.m. Wed 6th.)
Check-in from 2pm unless by prior arrangement, check-out 11:00am (11:30am on Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Rates:
All rates are subject to change until purchase price is paid in full. All rates are subject to change at any time due to the imposition of taxes or other government charges, fare increases or surcharges, fuel or other surcharges, or other events beyond Yard Style Accommodations’ control. Yard Style Accommodations may reissue the invoice for any reservation to reflect any such changes, or to correct any error in the computation of the purchase price of your reservation. All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Payments Required for the Completion of your Reservation:
For cancellations by Guests, cancellation charges depend on when Yard Style Accommodations receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:
- If notice is received 45 to 30 days prior to Arrival, $200 per person.
- If notice is received 29 to 15 days prior to Arrival, 50% of the purchase price, including any airfare.
- If notice is received 14 to 0 days prior to Arrival, 100% of the purchase price, including any airfare.
- In addition, certain airfares may be non-refundable regardless of time of cancellation. All cancellations or changes to airfares are subject to applicable airline carrier restrictions. Yard Style Accommodations will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, Guest must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges.
NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF YOUR VACATION OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.
Block Bookings:
To reserve three or more rooms the standard deposit, must be paid in full one month before arrival date. Cancellation within twenty-one days of the arrival date will incur full charges.
People with Disability:
Yard Style Accommodations cannot guarantee that destination airports, airport transfer vehicles, or Villa accommodations are wheelchair accessible. Purchase price does not include any services that may be specially required as a result of a physical disability.
Travel Documents:
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP IS GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY. Guest is responsible for furnishing proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport, and any other documentation necessary for travel. Guest should consult with their travel agent or airline, or appropriate government authorities to ascertain what documentation is necessary. Guest may be refused passage/entry if they do not possess necessary travel documents. Yard Style Accommodations is not responsible for Guest's failure to obtain and safeguard necessary travel documents.
Customs and Immigration:
Customs and/or immigration officials may, at their own discretion, deny Guest entry into their country, and/or seize, confiscate, or impound personal property. Yard Style Accommodations is not liable for any loss or injury arising from Guest being denied entry into any country or the seizure, confiscation, or impoundment of any personal property.
Compliance with local laws:
Guest is responsible for knowing, obeying and complying with the laws and regulations of their destination, and neither Yard Style Accommodations nor any Villa has any duty to inform or warn Guest about the destination's laws and/or regulations.
Compliance with Villa:
Guest must comply with any reasonable instructions given by Villa staff, ground transportation contractors, or any person rendering services pursuant to this Contract.
Compliance with Airlines:
All flight times, flight itineraries, carriers, equipment, and check-in times are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Guest should contact the airline within twenty four (24) hours of departure to confirm flight times, itineraries, and check-in. Yard Style Accommodations is not responsible for any loss or injury to Guest for missed flights or connections, or if Guest is denied boarding. Guests connecting with flights arranged by Yard Style Accommodations should allow ample time for connections as specified by the airline and/or the connecting airport.
Airline Tickets & Vouchers:
All airline tickets are sent to Guest or Guest's travel agent approximately three (3) weeks prior to travel. Airline tickets may be in the form of E-Tickets or paper tickets. All Guests are responsible for said tickets. All airfares are set by the issuing airlines and are valid only for the specific flight purchased. Airline tickets may or may not be exchanged for other flights, depending on the rules of the issuing airline. Airfare may be completely non-refundable regardless of time of cancellation or change, depending on applicable airline carrier restrictions. A Villa voucher is provided with the airline tickets and is required for check-in at the Hotel. Yard Style Accommodations is not responsible for Guest's failure to safeguard their airline tickets or Villa vouchers.
Airport Departure Taxes:
Guest may be required to pay airport departure taxes to the government of their destination for each traveler as required by local law; such taxes may not be included in the price of their vacation.
Limitation of Damages:
YARD STYLE ACCOMMODATIONS, OUR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO GUEST IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR: (1) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND; OR (2) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
